Since the late 1990s, Sunshine Coast Fire Protection has served the Sunshine Coast and provided top quality fire protection services. In 2024 SCFP ceased operations and became Bastion Fire, adopting many of the clients and relationships that had been built over the past decade or more.

The fire protection industry is plagued with bad actors. We're extremely vocal about how we feed regarding using life safety as a guise for exploitation of honest customers. We believe everyone deserves a fully compliant fire alarm inspection or an honest appraisal of deficiencies present in your building at a price that you can afford.

At Bastion Fire, we lay our cards out on the table. Each and every one of our clients deserve full transparency about our rates, as well as our guarantee that we will provide the utmost care and attention to detail when working on your critical life safety equipment.

Hourly inspection rates (first hour, minimum one hour):

• • 2x RFPT - $165
• • 2x RFPT, 1x Helper - $205

All rates include travel (within a 20km radius) and all inspections come with both printed / stamped copies of reports as well as digital copies, available in PDF as well as through our online client portal available at the time of service.
